What's it worth? Appraisal of bronze chariot

Email Article Hi,
Can you tell me what this is? how old it is? and what its worth?
I was told its an ancient roman piece made out of bronze and pewter.
There are no markings. Is it a decorative piece or a toy?
Thanks,
Yana.
AW says: That’s a decorative item most likely made in the Middle East which is famous for bronze and brass works. The theme is Ancient Roman, but it’s not that old. Because you sent great pics of the underside of the item, I am able to see evidence of automatic machine work which means this was made after 1830.
Circa 19th century.
