What's it worth? Appraisal of white buckboard farm wagon
Doug asks:
What is my old buckboard wagon worth?

AW says: That’s a turn of the 20th century work wagon, mostly used by farmers back in the day to haul grain, hay, tools etc. The high sides and un-refined details tell us this. It’s been repainted and appears to be in very good condition. IE the back brake seems to still be in tact and there is no significant rot evident.
These old stand-bys have two values, one as a collectible, or display item, and 2nd lies in the fact that they are still used today in farms. Although many used today have been modified with rubber tires, I’m happy your’s has not!
