What can you tell me about this bust statue?

 

AW says: This is a turn of the 20th century piece. It’s European, most likely Italian as per the marble and the grapes in the woman’s hair. This is a likely a composition of porcelain, or chalk and porcelain. It’s hand painted and is a popular subject with collectors. 

That said, it is still a mass produced, rather than unique item so it will not achieve the price range an individual art work would achieve.
