What's it worth? Appraisal of political ribbon

I just sent ribbon pictures. The item was bought my me at a garage sale for 20 bucks down here on long island. The frame its in measures aprox  17in X7in x1.5in.

Its probably not worth much,except maybe to a history /political buff, but i found it interesting. It reads as follows
