What's it worth? Appraisal for Elvis Presley 45rpm w/ picture sleeve

Ann asks: I this Elvis Presely record and cover, how much is it worth, and how can I sell it? It’s in very good condition with no scratches or rips on the paper.
AW says: Hi Ann, that’s a nice item. Things before Elvis’s death as you may know are much more valuable on average than things posted after. This EP, which is titled ‘A Touch of Gold’ Volume 3 has the following songs: Too Much, All Shook Up, Don’t Ask Me Why and Blue Moon of Kentucky.
It’s a circa 1976 re-issue. My price range reflects the fact that your’s is in very good condition. Picture sleeves are hot items in the vintage vinyl world. Expecially Elvis and Beatles picture sleeves.
