What's it worth? Appraisal of Eastlake Rocker
Carol asks:
What can you tell me about this Eastlake Rocker?

AW: This is a neat rocker with a pullout foot-rest. A complicated piece of Victorian ingenuity. It’s circa 1870-90. The wood frame is made of Walnut and the upholstry although nicely done, is of course a re-do.
- Retail value: $175
- Wholesale: $50-$75 (The retail/wholesale gap is large because these are not very popular with dealers)
Keywords:
