European Brass Chandelier
This European brass chandelier is a fine piece of vintage lighting. It was obviously meant to throw quite a bit of light, and the emphasis is on the volume of “candles”. Generally speaking of chandeliers, the more arms they have the higher their cost.
This is often the case in chandeliers that were to hang in Grand Foyers. The prisms are icicle types, they and the ball shape prism that serves as a finial are minimal compared to many other chandeliers of this period. (Early to mid-2oth century.
