AW says: Linda, what you have is an American made mid-century dining room set in the Danish Modern style. Your set appears to be in a pecan which and is a combination of wood and formica.
As you may know, mid-century furnishings are hot on the market right now and one of the few styles of furniture that is selling well! That said, your set is the Danish Modern Style from the Eames era, but is US made as many of these were. As a US set, it is not as important as some of the Swedish/Danish pieces by designers like Zelig etc.
Retail value for the set: $750-$900
Wholesale value: $350-$500
